  • Purpose: The camera is used in real-time solely and exclusively to take photographs or scan codes and documents that are strictly necessary for the application's workflow, specifically the in-situ capture of animals.
  • Privacy and Security: We explicitly guarantee that videos, background audio, or hidden photos are never recorded; not even with the user's direct consent. Captured images are sent securely and directly to our servers solely for the established purpose. Images are neither sold nor transferred to third parties under any circumstances.

B. Location Permission (Geographical Location)

  • Use: The application requests access to your device's location (both in the foreground and, where the functionality requires it, in the background).
  • Purpose: Location is collected with the objective of geolocating the data captures you perform or to show your position on the interactive map within the application. This is essential to improve the efficiency, logistics, and precision of the provided service.
  • Data Handling: We emphasize that your location data is handled in a highly secure manner and is transmitted under encryption to our servers. Location data is never used to track or profile the user for marketing or advertising purposes. However, precise location (GPS) data specifically linked to captures may be shared with organizations dedicated to the study and conservation of animal life in safaris.

2. Data Retention and Deletion

You have full control over your personal information. We retain your data only for as long as necessary to provide our services.

How to request the deletion of your account and data?
If you wish to delete your account and all associated data (including captures, locations, and profile), you can request it at any time by sending an email directly to our support team at support@easyfisi.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request". We will process your deletion request within a maximum of 30 days, permanently deleting your data from our active servers.

3. Sharing Data with Third Parties

At Easyfisi, we take the privacy of your data very seriously. We do not sell or commercialize your personal information for advertising purposes. User information is only shared in the following specific scenarios:

  • Infrastructure Providers: We share data with third parties acting as essential service providers for the operation of our platform (e.g., cloud hosting and databases). All our providers are contractually bound to maintain the confidentiality and security of the information.
